At Gadol Jewelry, we take great care to ensure that your jewelry is shipped safely and securely. Please review the following shipping terms, which apply to all orders placed on our website.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service).

For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes approximately 3–9 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays or holidays.

Signature Requirement & Delivery Attempts

A valid signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.

If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, USPS will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at the designated local post office.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow USPS instructions to retrieve the package in a timely manner.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Gadol Jewelry is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

Order Fulfillment & Responsibility

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, it is considered fulfilled.

Gadol Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Gadol Jewelry ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available.
