Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Gadol Jewelry, each piece is crafted using authentic 14K and 10K gold and carefully inspected to ensure quality, authenticity, and fine craftsmanship. Because we work with fine jewelry and precious materials, all items undergo a strict quality control process prior to shipment.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference. This policy allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality control, security, and product integrity.

 


 

2. Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges within 7 business days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the order

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included

  • Items must show no signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

After the 7-business-day window, exchanges cannot be processed.

To request an exchange, customers must contact us through the official contact information listed on our website to receive return authorization prior to shipping any item.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping, as Gadol Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 


 

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Resized pieces

  • Engraved products

  • Special order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

  • Requests submitted outside the 7-business-day window

 


 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Upon review, we reserve the right to:

  • Repair the item under warranty

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Remedies for defective goods are limited to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.

 


 

5. Gold Authenticity & Warranty Compliance

All Gadol Jewelry pieces are manufactured using authentic 14K and 10K gold.

Each item is inspected to ensure:

  • Material authenticity

  • Secure stone settings

  • Proper finishing and polish

  • Structural integrity

Returns or exchanges will be denied if the product shows evidence of:

  • External repair or modification

  • Chemical exposure

  • Physical damage

  • Alteration of gold purity or structure
